Decide Your Wealth
(My Rating 2 on 5: Struggled to Finish)

I picked this boom for two reasons, one, I am interested in making wealth and two, the book is recommended by Mr P. Chidambaram, N.R. Narayanan Murthy and few other great leader. The reason I struggled to finish the book is the books takes me back to my management books at number of times. Just as an thought process starts looking good and fresh, it takes a nose dive back into old books. Author - L VELLAIYAPPAN is a successful entrepreneur, investor and consultant.

Whale Done
(My Rating 4 on 5: Very Good Book. Read and recommend)

Read this book to know why Ken Blanchard is such an accomlished author. This book reveals power of praise and motivation. This book focuses on power of building trust, accentuating the positive and redirecting the energy when things are not going the right way. I recommend a must read for all.

The One Minute Manager
(My Rating 3 on 5: Good Book. Good to read once)

One minute manager is all about goal settings, praising and reprimands. It talks about how easy it is to manage team and get good results out of individuals. I like the concept as it just not talk about result but also emphasis on the importance of process. Content is good and learning is worth practicing.

Software Product Management
(My Rating 2 on 5: Not so Good. Struggled to finish)

This Book touches most aspects of software product management. Emphasis is on coordination between all stakeholders and need for product manager to develop a appropriate framework for software life cycle.

While the book touches most of the aspects of the product management I felt it was good stuff for someone who is new to software product management or for someone who wish to know, what is software product management?

Business models have changed and software industry is grown to higher levels of maturity. At times I find book to be outdated, especially when it comes to references and examples.
